Fun in the closet

The other day the girls were having fun playing in the closet while I sorted through some clothes. Ruth was wearing a top from Heidi my sister that she thought was a dress (it only comes down to the top of her thighs, so if it were a dress, it would be a mini-mini-skirt).

Once while I was out shoveling our front steps when Ruth appeared in the front door wearing nothing but this top (NOT what she'd been wearing moments before), her head cocked to one side, chatting casually to someone on my cell phone (it turned out to be dad). She looked like some little Paris Hilton/posh princess. Not so cute when adult women behave that way, but pretty funny when it's a little girl being completely herself.

This is what Ruth and Lily are into these days. Lily: books. Ruth: clothes.
