Valentines and Ruth's Dance Competition - Farmington High School, February 14th

The girls were very excited to make sugar cookies this Valentines since we missed a few of the other Sugar-cookie holidays this year (like Halloween). Grandma's recipe is the best. :)

Ruth's dance team had a competition at the Farmington High School, featuring teams from Farmington and Aztec and (I think) one from Albuquerque. It was the first time Ruth's team rolled out their "Hip Hop" routine, so we took pictures in her new Hip Hop outfit.

Lily and Kate asked me if I would do their makeup as well, so this is three girls with "Ooo-la-la" dance makeup. :)

Ruth looked so good on her Pom routine. It is one of my favorite dances of hers this year. She really looked sharp! The hip hop dance was fun as well.

Since it was local, Jason could go home with Lily and Kate and Ruth and I could stay for awards. They did a big group dance on the floor while they waited for the final results to be tallied.
