4th of July Street Party

Pictures of our street's annual 4th of July Breakfast and Street Party. I helped out with the face painting this year, which was a lot more difficult than it looks! We had a great time.

Kate commandeered a bike. So cute.

And another one. If there is one thing there is no shortage of on our street, it's kids bikes! We have a couple things for Kate to ride on, we just didn't think to grab one.

As I was wrapping up my face painting duties, our neighbor Jane Claire (probably about 10) asked if she could paint my face, which she did. After Jane Claire finished (on my cheeks), Lily wanted to add a few flourishes of her own.
