We're back in Utah...
...and so are Jason's parents, and so are Heather and Emilio and baby Samuel.
Conference weekend Jason, Ruth, and I caravaned back from Washington state with my parents. My parents spent this past week in town and the Browns got together a few different times to visit. It was a lot of fun having all the Utah Craig Browns together, and even a lot of the extended Brown family as well.
Jason's parents are planning on being in town long enough to finish part of the basement and have the yard put in. Heather and Emilio are moving back to Utah hopefully to stay and are living in the basement for the meantime. Little Samuel was born in Pennsylvania (he's five months-old) so it's been fun getting to know him better. Ruth likes have a little cousin she can, well, look at. She's very intrigued by other little babies right now.
Ruth and Grandpa Pilling have become surprisingly fast friends. The moment Grandpa walks in the room Ruth lights up and laughs like the fun is about to begin. Consequently, the characteristically focused Grandpa Pilling can't hardly get through the front room without making a detour to say hi to Ruth.
