The Cutest Kate

We had Kate's follow up appointment at U of U Burn Clinic.

Waiting for the Nurse and Nurse Practitioner.

We received great news--Kate's skin has healed (although still new and delicate) and so she is done wearing bandaging on her tummy and arm. While she had been somewhat subdued during the appointment, when we put her shirt on without putting any gauze or wrapping on, she began beaming and giggled a few times. She was clearly very happy to be wearing a shirt and no bandages.

With the official okay to give her baths, we took her home and let her have this especially big bath, for fun and also to help soak off all the dry crusty skin that has accumulated under her bandages.

 It was a day of many big smiles for Kate, and supreme cuteness.
